About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Stratospherec Limited. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Account Planning and Roadmap Alignment: Develop and implement account plans to achieve long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Contract Management: Maintain accurate client records, track contract updates and renewals, and ensure timely sign-off from clients.
  • Statement of Work (SoW) Development: Create accurate and comprehensive SoWs, taking input from the delivery team and ensuring timely sign-off from clients.
  • Invoice Management: Produce accurate and timely invoices, along with associated supporting documentation, in line with contractual requirements and company procedures.
  • Client Communication: Handle client enquiries and requests, addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring clients receive services within contracted service levels or agreed SoWs/CRs.
  • Progress Reporting: Generate regular progress reports to keep clients informed of project status.
  • Team Collaboration: Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress, share knowledge, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and communicate upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to the sales team.
  • Product Management Input: Contribute to the product management process by highlighting new business requirements and opportunities.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge with team members and other colleagues to support business succession planning activities.
