Company Overview: Guided Talent is a recruitment agency working on behalf of a well-established company. They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join their team.
The Role: Our client is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to play an essential role in their expanding sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries and provide detailed information about products.
- Proactively contact existing and potential customers to generate new sales.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support overall sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales using the company's CRM system.
- Offer after-sales support, ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident telephone manner.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
