Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Horsham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Proven experience in sales and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
