Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to clients on all employee-related matters
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage employee relations casework, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Design and deliver tailored management training and development programs
  • Support clients with restructuring and redundancy processes
  • Conduct recruitment and employee benefit reviews

Requirements

  • Minimum CIPD level 5 qualification and 5 years generalist HR experience
  • Strong employee relations experience, including managing restructures, redundancies, TUPE, and disciplinary and grievance cases
  • Experience in designing and delivering management development workshops
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR software experience
  • Able to work autonomously without direct supervision
  • Must hold a UK driving licence and have your own car
