Location: Birmingham
Rate: £13 - £15 p/h PAYE
Hours: 9am – 6pm

Role Overview:
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering essential administrative services and processing activities to support the workforce. This includes managing data, providing information, and ensuring the smooth execution of processes in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver HR administrative services to employees, adhering to clearly defined processes and SLAs.
  • Utilize systems effectively, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining data integrity.
  • Conduct administrative tasks in compliance with organizational policies, such as verifying right to work.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality while managing personnel files and data.
  • Offer assured responses based on a solid understanding of policies and processes.
  • Handle physical correspondence, ensuring proper scanning and recording of relevant materials.
  • Prepare and dispatch necessary correspondence accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality service.
  • Generate Management Information (MI) reports and data to address queries.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Basic computing and telephony skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ensures information is correct and consistent.
  • Effective administrative capabilities.
  • Ability to apply standard procedures and common sense to resolve issues.
  • Proficient in managing and escalating inquiries efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to provide excellent service.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience with People systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Background in a shared service environment.
