About the Role

HRLife Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a best-in-class HR Shared Services offering and supporting the full HR employee lifecycle within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Support: Provide HR support to employees on a range of issues, including maternity, paternity, flexible working requests, gardening leave, bonus payments, probations, and other HR-related matters.
  • Workday Support: Provide support to managers and employees on Workday and drive the use of self-service, ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR data.
  • Process Improvement: Ensure all template letters and forms are reviewed and updated as needed in line with changes, and support the delivery of TUPE administration processes where applicable.
  • Long-term Absence Support: Support employees and managers with long-term absence queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Data Audits: Conduct regular Workday data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of HR data.
  • Legislative Updates: Work closely with the reward team to capture any legislation changes and provide support as needed on pension administration.
  • Leaver Process: Oversee the leaver process, including exit interview calculations, settlement agreements, and other related tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners on restructures, M&A, and redundancies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a UK HR team in a large global matrix business.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including employment law and best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday and other HR systems, with the ability to train colleagues on system changes.
