About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Graduate to join our team at Meatex Trading Ltd. as an HR & Recruitment Specialist. As a key member of our Central HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations across the UK and Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting our HR Manager/teams across various sites, requiring travel and overnight stays across the UK and NI.
  2. Covering HR functions at site, including recruitment, onboarding, file compliance, absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and employee wellbeing and engagement.
  3. Liaising with on-site employees and management teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Providing general Ad-Hoc support to the wider HR team on multiple projects and workstreams.
  5. Supporting employee relations, including compliance and ethics, HR project work, and learning and development initiatives.

Requirements:

We are looking for graduates with a CIPD or equivalent degree, who possess a passion for HR, strong analytical, presentation, and IT skills, and the ability to work with pace and use their own initiative. A full UK driving license is also required.
