Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Summit HR. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and employees across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Support: Provide HR guidance and support to our business leaders to achieve business objectives and address HR-related issues.
  • Employee Relations: Manage high-profile Employee Relations cases, including grievances and disciplinary matters, up to tribunal level.
  • People Planning: Support the development and implementation of our People Plan, which includes employee engagement, retention, and talent management initiatives.
  • Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership development programs to enhance the capabilities of our managers and leaders.
  • Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with our business leaders and employees to ensure they are engaged and aligned with our company vision and strategy.
Requirements
  • Experience: Significant experience in HR, preferably in a large business with a complex employee base.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation, including employment law and employee relations.
  • Education: Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
