Account Management and Talent Delivery

At Constellation, we're looking for a skilled professional to drive our account management and talent delivery initiatives. As an Operational Talent Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing multi-venue site management and building strong relationships with clients to meet their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site account relationships to deliver staffing solutions within agreed timeframes.
  • Assign candidates to roles based on their skill sets and soft skills, ensuring a high-quality match.
  • Oversee the resourcing process to meet client requirements, including database management and candidate assessment.
  • Support client check-ins and check-outs to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Evaluate CVs and applications to ensure candidate suitability for roles.
  • Manage client timesheets to meet deadlines and support the payroll process.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and procedures in recruitment and candidate management.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in temporary recruitment account management and a passion for catering and hospitality industries.
  • Customer focus and ability to develop strong business relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Temporary workforce management system experience and ability to work with the wider business to manage site issues.
  • Ability to work a 5-day working week with occasional weekend and on-site responsibilities.
