Dalkia UK is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to become an integral part of our Human Resources team. This position offers a blend of remote work and office-based responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver a professional and efficient HR administration service that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Main Duties:

  1. Oversee and manage HR administrative processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Continuously assess and enhance HR administrative functions, proposing improvements to streamline operations while considering all stakeholders.
  3. Act as the primary contact for HR inquiries, directing them appropriately.
  4. Administer multiple HR email accounts, filtering queries to the relevant team members.
  5. Maintain and update various HR systems.
  6. Handle the processing of new hires, terminations, changes in employment terms, TUPE, benefits, and pensions.
  7. Assist the broader HR team with various projects as needed.
  8. Collaborate closely with Payroll to communicate information regarding new hires, absences, changes, and terminations.
  9. Generate reports from HR systems as required.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in an administrative role within a dynamic environment.
  2. Familiarity with data systems, including data entry, reporting, and system maintenance.
  3. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Experience in HR administration.
  2. Knowledge of HR practices.
  3. Data analysis skills.

Knowledge and Skills:

Essential:

  1. Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, capable of extracting raw data for summaries and reports, and creating automated reporting systems.
  2. Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with a strong emphasis on Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables.
  3. Strong numerical aptitude.
  4. Ability to foster effective relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
  5. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  6. Customer-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations.
  7. Good overall educational background.
