About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Partner to join our team. As a Strategic HR Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the HR strategy and direction of the organization, and will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and guidance to senior management and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategy: Work with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives.

  • Provide HR Advice and Guidance: Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior management and employees on a range of HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management.

  • Manage Employee Relations: Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.

  • Develop and Implement Talent Management Programs: Develop and implement talent management programs that are designed to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.

  • Conduct HR Audits and Surveys: Conduct regular HR audits and surveys to identify areas for improvement and to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

  • Develop and Implement HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are designed to support the organization's overall business objectives.

  • Provide Training and Development Opportunities: Provide training and development opportunities to employees to help them develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.

  • Manage HR Budget: Manage the HR budget and ensure that all HR-related expenses are properly accounted for.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on strategic HR and talent management.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management and employees.

  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and talent management.

  • Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
