Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Michael Page HR. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the management team and providing strategic HR advice to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis to management on HR metrics and trends, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Coaching and Development: Coach and guide managers to develop their leadership skills and improve team performance.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on HR initiatives.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives.
  • Organisational Change: Lead organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and redundancies, to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including ER and TUPE.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure a successful transition to new processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, organisational development, and change management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business success.
  • Commitment: Commitment to working in the office 4 or 5 days a week and a willingness to work on a 3 to 4 month contract.
