Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Network HR. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our clients, focusing on talent management, commercial acumen, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and organisational development initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor employee engagement, advising on retention strategies as needed to promote employee engagement and reduce turnover.
  • Support managers in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Utilise HR metrics and data analytics to inform decision-making and prepare regular reports on key HR metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Build and utilise a deep understanding of the business, including commercial levers and strategic priorities, to deliver the best service possible.
  • Act as a role model and influencer for change initiatives, driving continuous improvement within areas of responsibility.
  • Identify areas for improvement related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop action plans and implement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a professional services organisation, preferably in a commercial or financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to work with resilience.
  • Ability to build excellent client relationships, establishing trust and confidence.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into people plans.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and make decisions confidently.
  • Experience of managing and handling the people aspects of change management.
  • Experience of developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Experience of providing meaningful management reporting.
  • Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
