Our client, a leading player in the Hospitality industry, boasts a people-centric culture and ambitious growth objectives. They are in search of a Strategic HR Partner who can make a significant impact during this growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be on executing the people strategy across your designated region, collaborating closely with and supporting senior leadership within the organization. This multifaceted role encompasses all areas of HR with a strong emphasis on partnership. You will engage and influence stakeholders to ensure that the People agenda is prioritized in your region. Coaching and development will be essential components of your role, enabling you to deliver results through operational teams. You will play a pivotal role in talent management across regional teams, assisting management in providing exceptional training and encouraging them to pursue consistent, best-in-class standards.


• Collaborate with senior managers to translate business needs into effective HR and employee relations practices that align with organizational objectives.


• Enhance the capabilities of senior site managers to identify future talent and establish succession planning across all management tiers.


• Proactively manage talent and ensure that performance evaluations are conducted to facilitate future succession planning.


• Foster continuous improvement through training workshops, creating an environment conducive to development and growth.


• Assist senior managers in providing structured feedback on performance through the business appraisal and review processes.
