About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Partner to join our team. As a Strategic HR Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the HR strategy and direction of the organization, and will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and guidance to senior management and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategy: Work with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.

  • Provide HR Advice and Guidance: Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior management and employees on a range of HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management.

  • Manage Employee Relations: Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.

  • Develop and Implement Talent Management Strategies: Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives, including recruitment, selection, and development of employees.

  • Provide Data-Driven Insights: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management on HR-related matters, including employee engagement, retention, and turnover.

  • Build Positive Relationships: Build positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that HR services are delivered in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Significant Experience: Significant experience of working in a large business where change is constant, and experience of working in a multi-site role and managing a large complex employee base.

  • HR Expertise: Strong HR expertise, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management.

  • Project Management Experience: Experience of managing projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and present data to inform HR-related decisions.
