**Job Summary**

SF Recruitment is thrilled to be working with a leading logistics business who are seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to join their forward-thinking and growing team. This role will play a key part in the team and will be reporting into an established HR Business Partner who this role will be supporting day-to-day.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with senior management on general HR practices, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide insights and recommendations for improvement across the business.
  • Support the HR Business Partner in designing and delivering people-related change projects and programmes, such as culture changes and adjustments to ways of working.
  • Establish and build relationships across the wider organisation to support employee relations.

**Requirements**

  • Generalist and analytical HR background.
  • Same sector experience is ideal but not essential.
  • Excellent data analytic skills.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Experience of working on project plans using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Drive and desire to progress into a HR Business Partner in the future.

**What We Offer**

This role offers a hybrid working pattern with 3 days per week based at the company's offices. The salary range is between £38K-£42K depending on experience.
