As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our Senior Management Team and Managers on the interpretation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR activities such as managing grievances, disciplinaries, and absence in line with company policies within a corporate environment.
- Lead and manage a team to ensure the full range of HR activities is completed on time, including payroll processing.
- Operate at pace and ensure all processes are followed in line with policy and best practice.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Requirements
- Previous experience in coordinating HR activities in a corporate environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
