Are you an experienced In-Store Marketing Strategist looking to elevate your career? Join our innovative team and contribute to impactful marketing initiatives.

CPM offers a fantastic opportunity with a competitive salary range of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, along with an attractive benefits package.

The in-store marketing team is responsible for designing and implementing engaging point-of-sale (POS) marketing and experiential campaigns across various retail formats. Our media strategies are crafted to enhance customer engagement, increase basket spend, and improve overall shopper satisfaction.

As a Branded In-Store Marketing Strategist, you will collaborate with the in-store communications team to manage the execution of POS and experiential campaigns across multiple initiatives, while also handling team administration to ensure visibility and effective implementation in stores.

Strong communication skills are essential for this role, along with experience working with design and print agencies or a background in a similar marketing position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement in-store customer communications aligned with overarching brand, commercial, and customer strategies.
  • Develop in-store communications that effectively convey value, reinforce competitive pricing, and enhance quality perceptions through the POS toolkit and branded materials.
  • Assist in executing specific in-store communication packages that facilitate brand investments in retail events, creating a seamless customer journey with comprehensive retail engagement.
  • Support the rollout of in-store communication packages that align with key customer and commercial objectives.
  • Drive the transformation of POS processes to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and meet business goals while enhancing quality perceptions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (print/design and experiential agencies) to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project briefs.
  • Manage all activities through regular reporting on project timelines, keeping stakeholders informed of project statuses and identifying trends to address recurring challenges.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to budgetary constraints while executing campaigns in a cost-effective manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date toolkits and guidelines to ensure accuracy.
  • Work closely with retail operations teams to ensure that all created materials are implemented correctly and effectively in stores.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards by participating in legal reviews to approve all brand communications and promotions.
  • Provide strong leadership that exemplifies the values of the organization and demonstrates cultural sensitivity.
