About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, planning, and implementation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns to drive brand awareness, conversion, and retention, ultimately hitting customer acquisition targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to maximize customer acquisition through existing B2C and B2B channels.
- Identify new and creative ways to reach our target audience, leveraging market research and analysis.
- Lead the creation, planning, and delivery of our Safe Spending for All campaign across all Sibstar and partner media and marketing platforms.
- Manage and create content for all Sibstar social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Develop and implement multi-platform content strategies that resonate with our audience.
- Plan, design, and implement email marketing campaigns to drive conversion and retain customers.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze customer interactions, ensuring seamless customer journeys and personalized communications.
- Assist in monitoring and measuring the performance of marketing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct research to understand our audience better, inform marketing strategies, and measure our impact.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for FinTech and social impact. Ideally, you will have lived experience of dementia/caring and/or working in a startup environment.
