Drive Business Growth with Digital Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Oyster Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement digital marketing plans to drive business growth, improve brand awareness, and increase customer engagement.
  • Optimize Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising accounts to meet business goals, including Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage high-quality content for marketing campaigns, including blog posts, video content, and graphical assets.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Digital Marketing: Proven experience in digital marketing, including paid advertising, content creation, and analytics.
  • Expertise in Google Ads: Strong knowledge of Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Content Creation Skills: Ability to create high-quality content for marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to measure and report on digital marketing efforts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
