About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Gaia Labs as a Brand Marketing Manager. This is a 12-month parental leave cover position that will lead our advertising efforts in all global markets for our subscription services, excluding the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute media channel strategies across International markets, managing key vendor relationships and vendor optimisation.
  • Lead the end-to-end trafficking process and testing strategy, ensuring privacy compliance and brand safety across multiple markets and lines of business.
  • Collaborate with Geo Marketing Managers to develop media mix and tactical strategies, monitoring results across International campaigns and communicating digestible insights on a regular basis.
  • Lead the paid media test and learn roadmap and learning agenda for International.
  • Optimise the trafficking process working closely with agencies and global partners, finding ways to constantly improve performance through optimisation.
  • Monitor daily performance against assigned investments targets, develop and recommend new processes and procedures, and follow Global best practices.
  • Ensure brand safety and privacy compliance across the International Advertising program.
  • Own relationships with top global vendors to ensure they provide best-in-class service, contribute to the test and learn agenda, and share platform best practices with the agencies.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing within a global organisation.
  • Expertise in media tracking, attribution methodologies, and a history of working with MMPs and analytics teams.
  • Proven knowledge in paid search, programmatic, and paid social with a focus on performance optimisation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience buying for iOS apps with a focus on market-leading games and apps.
  • General SEO understanding principles.
  • Specialist in mobile marketing, measurement, and marketing attribution.
