Responsibilities

In this position, you will manage vehicle hire and repair processes for customers involved in non-fault road traffic incidents. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Coordinating repair updates with customers and body shops
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Collaborating with body shops and work providers to resolve claims
  • Making informed decisions based on accident details
  • Engaging with loss adjusters, policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Managing hire invoices in accordance with industry standards
