We are currently seeking a Claims Advisor to join our dynamic team in a collaborative office environment. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing claims related to non-fault road traffic incidents. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will be essential in liaising with customers, body shops, and insurance partners to facilitate smooth claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and support throughout the claims process.
  • Coordinating with customers and body shops to obtain repair updates and manage rental agreements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer files with relevant information.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve complex claims issues.
  • Making informed decisions based on the specifics of each incident.
  • Engaging with loss adjusters, policyholders, and third-party providers to ensure efficient claims handling.
  • Overseeing hire invoices in accordance with industry standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record in a target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with internet and telephone communication.
  • Previous experience in claims handling, particularly in the credit hire sector, is advantageous.
