Key Responsibilities
In this position, your primary focus will be on managing vehicle hire and repair processes for our customers. Your daily tasks will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and support
- Communicating with customers and repair facilities to obtain updates
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently
- Making informed decisions based on the specifics of each case
- Engaging with loss adjusters and third-party representatives
- Managing hire invoices in accordance with industry standards
Qualifications
