Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Advisor to join our team at Enterprise Holdings. As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for managing vehicle hire and repair for customers involved in non-fault road traffic accidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers and insurance partners
- Liaising with bodyshops, work providers, and rental branches to resolve claims
- Managing rental and repair updates, and creating and sending invoices to insurance partners
- Building relationships with rental branches and insurance companies to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and work to targets and deadlines
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work in a targeted environment and meet deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
