Overview

We are seeking a Claims Advisor to join our team at Enterprise Holdings. As a Claims Advisor, you will play a key role in managing vehicle hire & repair for customers involved in non-fault road traffic accidents.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to customers and insurance partners
  • Managing vehicle hire and repair updates
  • Liaising with bodyshops, work providers, and branches to resolve claims
  • Making decisions based on accident circumstances
  • Liaising with loss adjusters, policyholders, brokers, and other third parties
  • Controlling hire invoices in line with industry standards

Requirements

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions
  • Analytical skills
  • Proven ability to work in a targeted environment and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • A knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet, and telephone skills
