Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 6 months (with potential to extend). The successful candidate will be responsible for the application process to all appropriate health and social care frameworks and tenders with Local Authority and Integrated Care Boards.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to our market intelligence on current and future opportunities.
- Develop and submit high-quality bids and proposals to secure new business and contracts.
- Work closely with our care teams to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our business development team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of bid submissions, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
Requirements
- High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with bid writing within the social care sector.
- Organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask within a demanding environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, confident and professional telephone manner.
