We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Get Laid Beds, a leading British manufacturer and international retailer of handcrafted wooden beds. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing UK & US accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including Contract and Trade customers.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow our portfolio in key sectors, such as student accommodation, build-to-rent, and social care.
- Oversee the sales process from inquiry to delivery, including commercial proposal, pitch, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Collaborate and support GLB field sales resources.
- Utilize our CRM tool to manage workloads, track sales, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted offers and campaigns.
- Provide market insights to shape future product development and strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in a similar industry.
- Strong track record of growing sales and managing key accounts.
- Experience with CRM systems and database management.
- Excellent organisational, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships internally to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
- Familiarity with the student accommodation, build-to-rent, and social care markets is a plus.
