Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Get Laid Beds. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing UK & US accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our portfolio in key sectors, including student accommodation, build-to-rent, and social care.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee the sales process from inquiry to delivery, including commercial proposal, pitch, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution and coordinate with field sales resources.
  • Utilize our CRM tool to manage workloads, track sales, and generate reports.
  • Provide market insights to shape future product development and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager.
  • Strong track record of growing sales and managing key accounts.
  • Experience with CRM systems and database management.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships internally to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
