Job Duties:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and developing sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Duties include:
- Researching and identifying new market opportunities
- Generating leads and cold calling potential clients
- Meeting with clients to present company offerings and services
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities
Required Qualifications:
- Full Driving Licence is essential
- Proven track record in business development or sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of market research and analysis
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Working Conditions:
The Business Development Manager will primarily work in an office setting, but may be required to travel to meet with clients. Therefore, a full driving licence is required.
