Job Overview

Speedel is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our commercial activities and drive growth across various market sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and promoting our brand, developing digital sales and marketing strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to penetrate new markets and sectors.
    • Research industry trends and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
  • New Customer Acquisition
    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and industry connections.
    • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to secure new accounts.
  • Account Management and Team Development
    • Manage the on-boarding process for new clients and ensure seamless integration with our operations team.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Generate monthly sales reports to track performance and revenue growth.
    • Develop quarterly marketing reports and annual revenue forecasts to inform business strategy.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.
