Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive commercial growth for Paul Mitchell Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies.
  • Understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Ability to analyse sales performance data and make informed decisions.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000.
  • Uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+).
