About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team as a General Manager in Training. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development within our district.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maximize revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
