Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive high-level specialist administration support to the team, including leading, managing, and developing the administration team.
  • Manage work activities, allocate and delegate work responsibilities, and monitor performance in line with KPIs and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Support the team with time and daily management, including scheduling meetings, clinics, correspondence, note-taking, and coordination of events and project work.
