About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Assistant/Admin Team Leader to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive high-level specialist administration support within the remit of the aligned team, service, or Senior Manager.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop the administration team within the area of responsibility, allocating and delegating work responsibilities, and monitoring performance in line with KPIs and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Provide time and daily management support to the team or individual, including scheduling meetings, clinics, correspondence, note-taking, completion of actions, and coordination of events and project work.
