About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Operations Manager to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive high-level specialist administration support to our clinical and administrative colleagues.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the administration team, allocating and delegating work responsibilities, and monitoring performance in line with KPIs and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide time and daily management support to the team, including scheduling meetings, clinics, and events, as well as coordinating project work and ensuring timely completion of actions.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
