Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a valued member of our Sales Team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the sales and order cycles, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Manage and respond promptly to inquiries from external customers, providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to review and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Handle internal and external customer queries professionally and effectively, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Proactively follow up on inquiries to drive sales conversions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide support in Customer Services, including order progress updates and logistics assistance.
- Accurately manage the CRM and ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Conduct contract reviews and facilitate order processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper document control and organization, maintaining a secure and efficient filing system.
- Adhere to company policies, exceed customer expectations, and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations outlined in the Employees Handbook.
- Undertake additional training and perform other relevant duties as required.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service focus.
- Experience in a business-to-business customer service role, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficient in numeracy and literacy, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organized with excellent administrative skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building abilities, adept at fostering effective internal and external partnerships.
- Problem-solving capabilities, able to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Proficient in using ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
