We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Director for the UKI region to lead our team of Customer Success Business Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.

Your Impact
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to ensure the ongoing success of your portfolio of Anaplan customers.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Business Partners, providing guidance and support to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for customer expansion and upsell, driving revenue growth for Anaplan.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, understanding their business needs and challenges.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
