Customer Success Director UKI

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Business Partners to ensure the successful adoption and expansion of Anaplan Platform subscriptions.
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive value and competitive advantage for businesses through our planning software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for customer adoption and expansion.
- Provide versatile consultancy across various business functions, leveraging Anaplan's Platform across multiple industries and use cases.
- Lead, engage and communicate effectively with customer executives, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful account coverage.
