Job Description

Job Title: HR Operations Team Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our HR Operations team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of HR Advisers and providing expert advice on complex HR cases and queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of HR Advisers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent HR services.
  • HR Advice: Provide expert advice on complex HR cases and queries, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.
  • Service Development: Contribute to the development of professional practice within the team and the service, maintaining an area of specialist HR knowledge.
  • Project Management: Oversee HR projects throughout the service operations, enhancing the quality and efficiency of service through data analysis and quality assurance measures.
  • Leadership: Make data-driven decisions to improve service performance and quality, leading changes in practice and approach to improve service performance.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven track record of managing and developing HR teams and services in a complex and changing environment.
  • Knowledge: Excellent knowledge and understanding of HR best practice, legislation, and trends.
