Job Summary:
Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for administering HR policies and being the point of contact across the business for people matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Providing HR support to management and employees, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Liaising with departments to implement HR processes and procedures.
- Assisting with disciplinary procedures and investigations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
Requirements:
- Experience in a HR role, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
