As an Apprentice Coordinator within the People Services team, you will deliver efficient HR support to both the team and the broader organization.
Your daily responsibilities will include maintaining and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems, while collaborating closely with our Payroll team to guarantee timely and precise payments to staff. You will serve as the primary contact for colleagues, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, or directing them appropriately for various HR matters, making a high level of customer service essential for this position.
Given the nature of the information you will handle, it is crucial to possess excellent attention to detail to uphold the integrity of sensitive data. This role is diverse and requires meeting monthly deadlines.
This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in HR. The position will be offered on a full-time, permanent basis, during which you will pursue your apprenticeship studying for the Level 3 HR Support qualification.
This role will be based in our office, with the option for a hybrid working arrangement.
About The Candidate
To qualify for the position of Apprentice Coordinator - People Services, you should:
- Ideally possess experience in coordinating and executing administrative tasks.
- Understand the principles of outstanding customer service.
- Maintain composure under pressure and ensure that processes and inquiries are managed and resolved promptly.
- Effectively plan your workload and manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality work.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills while ensuring a consistent approach across the organization.
- Be organized and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Be willing to undertake an 18-month apprenticeship at Level 3.
- Hold GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English at grade 4/C or above, or be prepared to take the functional skills assessment.
