Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of managing and developing HR teams and services in a complex and changing environment.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of HR best practice, legislation, and trends.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to balance competing demands and priorities.
