Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers on various HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Develop and implement HR processes and policies to drive business outcomes and improve employee experience.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training programs, employee communications, and other initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and employees.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
