Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate import shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Prepare and submit customs entries, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Manage job costing, including tracking and reporting
  • Pre-book shipments, ensuring smooth logistics
  • Liaise with overseas agents, ensuring effective communication
  • Handle key accounts, providing exceptional customer service
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring timely payment
  • Update clients on shipment status, ensuring transparency
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and SOPs, ensuring process improvement

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, with a focus on import operations
  • Proven experience with customs entries and pharma experience
  • Proficient in PC software, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours to meet business needs
