- Emailing invoices to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Monitoring the group inbox and responding to queries in a prompt and efficient manner
- Investigating and resolving accounts queries in a fair and transparent manner
- Liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Requirements:
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
- Ideal candidate will have 3-6 months freight experience
- Keen to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday, 0900-1730
