Your Impact:

  • Provide one-on-one support to students experiencing mental health difficulties, helping them navigate through challenging times with empathy and understanding.
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans, equipping students with effective coping strategies and stress management techniques to enhance their overall well-being.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe and supported.
  • Track student progress, celebrate achievements, and continuously adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges, demonstrating a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and provide effective support to students.
  • A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all interactions.
  • Knowledge of mental health issues, safeguarding policies, and child protection procedures, with the ability to create comprehensive support plans.

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling.
  • Mental Health First Aid training.
  • Experience working within a school or educational setting.
