About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Role for Mental Health Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and administration of our Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and administration of MHSTs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Utilize System One or similar software to manage patient information and update records accordingly.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including preparation of patient letters, sorting incoming/outgoing mail, managing emails, and responding to queries via phone and mail.
  • Take minutes at meetings as requested by the operational manager.
  • Liaise with staff members, including clinicians and senior managers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Microsoft applications, including email, teams, Excel, and Word.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Administrative experience in a busy environment, with experience in the NHS being desirable.
