Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Role for Mental Health Services to join our team in South West Essex. As a key member of our Mental Health Support Team (MHST), you will play a vital role in supporting the development and administration of our services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the development and administration of MHSTs in South West Essex
  • Use System One or similar to interrogate patient information and update accordingly
  • General administrative duties, including preparation of patient letters, sorting incoming/outgoing post, management of emails, and other administrative tasks
  • Minute-taking at meetings as requested by the operational manager
  • Liaising with members of staff, including clinicians and senior managers
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications, such as email, teams, Excel, and Word

Essential Criteria

  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Great telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Administrative experience essential, experience within the NHS desirable
