We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Mental Health Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to children and young people in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to children and young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
  • Work collaboratively with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders to provide mental health support and promote positive outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, managers, and other professionals to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health strategies and initiatives within the Trust.

Requirements
  • Graduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work, occupational therapy).
  • Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., HCPC, NMC).
  • Experience working with children and young people with mental health difficulties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
